Our awesome friend, Ben, has been promising to send me this picture for a couple months and it finally arrived in my inbox today! So worth the wait, don't you think?

What if you're not born with structure like that? Is there some way of "developing" those hind-quarters?
"Buns of Steel" would be of little use here. In fact, the steel manufacturing industry has produced a video titled "Steel of this lady's buns".
